The Show Your Fish assignment is an assignment welcoming everyone to share his or her most prized catches from the Grand River. We want to see your biggest catches, smallest releases, and everything in between. When sharing your fish with us be sure to include the following: - Your name (first name only) - The kind of fish you are sharing. - Where you caught this fish on the river. - The fish's measurements - What you caught the fish with

The studio is aware that the river has a strong history of bringing food to many people. The studio also knows that people wade in the water waiting for the salmon to come! We now want to see the fish that have been netted by the fishers!

How to make a page for a Show Your Fish:

Make a separate page for each Fish you want to show. Click the link above. It will ask you to name the page you want to create. Type in a very brief description of where you caught your fish (its only one fish per page.) Ex. “Salmon from just North Pearl Street Bridge” After typing in a name, it will bring you to an edit content page where you can upload a main photo for you your sample, type a description of the location, and upload more images. To mark a map location, type in "Grand Rapids" and search for your area. Changing the view to 'satellite' also helps to see landmarks that the other map does not show.
