From On the River

This is a sketch of a culvert - a drainage tunnel - in the river wall beneath the J.W. Marriot hotel. I'm not sure where the water comes from, perhaps it's just an emergency overflow release tunnel.
I wanted to go into the tunnel and see how far and where it went.
